SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipment confirmation emails with tracking numbers are sent the business day after your order ships. The Aplus Tech Store is only for purchases made in and shipped to addresses in Australia and New Zealand. We are unable to deliver to international addresses from this store. Due to security reasons and shipper restrictions, we cannot deliver to a PO Box or AFPO address.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We have set up a shipping calculator to give you the exact shipping amount you will be charged depending on your shipping zip code, the shipping method chosen and the total weight of your order. When you register or Login, and "Check out" your order , you will receive an email with your tracking Number that will enable you to view & track your order online - please verify the information before calling customer service.
